The Catholic Charities Fort Worth (CCFW) Dental Clinic provides access to affordable, quality and safe dental care, dental health education and preventative services for economically disadvantaged individuals and families throughout our 28-county region. By appointment only. Potential patients must reside within one of the 28 counties served by the Diocese of FortWorth. The dental clinic does not restrict services in regard to religious affiliation, race, ethnicity, gender or disability. Patients qualifying for dental services must have a household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.

Cooke County Indigent Health Care Program
This program provides basic medical services to residents of this county who cannot receive health care coverage from any other source and who are eligible for the program. Eligibility is based on income and resources.
Texoma Community Center (Formerly MHMR Services of Texoma)
Provides community mental health services. Use the main phone number to contact an office for an appointment or to ask for more information about eligibility and programs. The 24-hour toll free Crisis Hotline is 877-277-2226. This crisis number is for people facing an emergency situation, such as having a homicidal or suicidal thoughts. If your call is an emergency, a crisis team may be sent out to help manage your situation. If necessary, emergency services may also be contacted to respond to your crisis.
VA North Texas Health Care System - Denton Community Based Outpatient Clinic
VA North Texas Health Care System has a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) program to provide health maintenance and preventive health care within 30 miles or 30 minutes of a veteran's home. Denton CBOC serves the following counties: Denton, Cook and Collin.

The Adult Basic Education program offers free GED preparation and English as a Second Language classes to people over the age of 18. GED classes help students prepare to take the GED exam and improve their Reading, Writing, Math and Workplace Readiness skills. The adult ESL programs not only assist students in learning to speak, read and write in English, but also focus on parenting skills, workforce skills, life skills and cultural understanding.

Participates in the Community Partner Program (CPP) through its Benefits Enrollment program. As a CPP site, staff will help people use YourTexasBenefits.com website to submit online applications, including uploading documents for the following programs: Food Stamp/SNAP, Medicaid, TANF and CHIP. Additionally provides outreach and individual application assistance to those interested in learning more about long-term care services and Medicare Savings programs (QMB and Extra Help). In addition, staff will help clients manage their benefit cases as well as assist with renewals and making online changes. Anyone convicted of a drug-related felony (possession, use or distribution of a controlled substance) after August 22, 1996, is not eligible for SNAP (Food Stamps) benefits.

Tarrant Area Food Bank Social Services Outreach
Tarrant Area Food Bank is the distribution hub of a 13-county network of hunger-relief charities and social services centers. To find emergency food assistance, go to their website or call 2-1-1. Their SNAP/Food Stamp Outreach staff are available to visit their partner agencies and other community sites to ensure that anyone who is eligible for government benefits is aware and has the opportunity to apply.
