Provides community mental health services. Use the main phone number to contact an office for an appointment or to ask for more information about eligibility and programs. The 24-hour, toll free Crisis Hotline is 1-800-543-5750. This crisis number is for people facing an emergency situation, such as having a homicidal or suicidal thoughts. If your call is an emergency, a crisis team may be sent out to help manage your situation. If necessary, emergency services may also be contacted to respond to your crisis.

The Education Service Center Region 20 Adult Education Program helps adult learners build a strong foundation of academic skills so that they may fulfill their role as a worker, parent and citizen/community member. Adult education consists of four different courses which include:
Restore Education - Passport to College Program
This program starts with remedial education and tutoring preliminary to GED prep, then moves on to taking the GED, college prep and college courses. The final stage of the program is follow-up and continuing support in college for GED graduates. Depending on previous educational levels, new students may enroll in the appropriate phase as needed.You are eligible:1) If you are 16 to 25 and have dropped out of a Texas public high school, and2) If you are willing to commit to work at a college level and finish what you start. This program also offers assistance with transportation, childcare, job training and placement and other emergency financial needs.

The SNAP food benefits (formerly known as Food Stamps) helps people with low incomes and resources buy the food they need for good health. Medicaid Programs provide medical benefits for eligible low income adults, children, and families. CHIP offers a health insurance program for children. Anyone convicted of a drug-related felony (possession, use or distribution of a controlled substance) after August 22, 1996, is not eligible for SNAP (Food Stamps) benefits.Hours: M-F, 8 am to 5 pm.
