Christian Women's Job Corps of Santa Fe

A free, 10-week, faith-based program offering classes in Microsoft Office Word and Excel. They also offer job skills classes, communications skills, ESL for Spanish speaking women, and a mandatory once a week Bible Study class. Women must be drug and alcohol free for at least 6 months before the program will accept them.

Drug Court is a special program within the Galveston county Criminal Justice System. It is a court-supervised treatment program for participants with non-violent criminal charges who also have a drug or alcohol addiction. The program is voluntary and is the personal choice of participants. The Drug Court Team is present to guide and assist, but the final responsibility lays with the participants who must be motivated to make the necessary changes and commitments to drug-free lives.
