The Texas Center for Justice and Equity values our users’ privacy, especially given our work in complex and sensitive policy areas. Collection of Personal Information
By visiting the TCJE site and @TexasCJE Facebook page, you agree to the collection of basic personal data including your general location, type of technology used to access the site, and basic demographic information. This information may be available to us as aggregate analytic data.

How Your Information May Be Used
TCJE will never sell your information to third-party vendors. We use this data to make general evaluations about our audience and to add you to our organizational contact list when you submit your contact information by signing up for our emails, signing up for blog alerts, or submitting your information to read our reports. Our site uses your information to create cookies (defined below).

We also share data with Bonterra Tech, a partner which we use to create and manage fundraising and informational email campaigns.
